he first chef from Le Touquet to obtain the label of Maître Restaurateur, and having previously worked at the Huîtrière at Lille, la Chocolaterie Meert and other restaurants, Sébastien Desrousseaux, along with his wife Eglantine, opened this restaurant in 2003 on Valentine's day.

In a bright setting with shades of gray, Sébastien offers seafood using the products of the tides according to season, but also of the earth, including his homemade foie gras or his squabs in winter. In short, everything is made at home in an innovative and authentic spirit.

For lunch, there are set menus from10 € to18.5 €. In the evening, two set menus of 31€ and 54€ including starter, main dish, cheese and dessert (not including drinks). Among the specialties: Oysters n°3 Demoiselles d'Argon.

The restaurant is closed Monday afternoons, all of Wednesday and off season Sunday evenings. In season: closed on Wednesday afternoons. Reservation recommended.
