Brasserie-restaurant Le Matisse Cuisine: traditional brasserie |

E stablished in 1996 by a couple from Cateau-Cambrésis (birthplace of the painter-sculptor Henri Matisse), this brasserie was taken over by Sabine and Nicolas Carlu in 2000. The interior is composed of three rooms with different ambiances with place for 100 table settings. A sunlit terrace can seat 72 guests.
The opinion of a net surfer: a quick, efficient and friendly service. A cuisine which can be at once original and traditional, though always irreproachable. A special mention for the pizzas. Great brasserie, to be recommended. |
